BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN DIPLOMACY AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

A Bachelor of Science in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Whitehead School is designed to provide students with an understanding of the events, places, processes, and people that characterize world affairs. Our students become global citizens who are comfortable in any situation. They develop a strong foundation in international relations, history, economics, and ethics. They master a foreign language and acquire leadership qualities and other essential skills of diplomacy. Most importantly, they nurture a good sense of judgment and the self-confidence necessary to succeed in their future careers.

The undergraduate program immerses students in a global framework, fostering leadership and civic responsibility and sharpening analytical and practical skills. Our students come from throughout the country and around the world forming a unique multi-cultural community. Small classes create a supportive learning environment where intellectual growth, lasting relationships, and professional ethics are nurtured.
