With the knowledge, skills, and diverse experiences gained during their studies at the Whitehead School of Diplomacy, our graduates are prepared for exciting and challenging careers. Some students continue their education at prestigious graduate programs in the United States and abroad. Many move straight into careers in government, business, international organizations, NGOs and nonprofits. According to our most recent alumni survey, nearly 90% of Whitehead School graduates were employed, had fellowships, or had gone on for further study within 6 months of graduation.

A common thread that connects all our graduates is the use of their skills to make a difference. Whether handling issues of commerce, human security, and intelligence; conducting high-level business in an international corporation; or working in the field as a program officer for a humanitarian organization, our alumni are engaged in meaningful work all over the world.
